BOOKING POLICY
Registration to the Workshop is mandatory to book a hotel.
Only rooms fully pre-paid are considered as confirmed.
Upon receipt of the relevant payment, all participants will receive an invoice that will serve as booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation or modification of hotel booking must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Lena Group (info@lung-health.org).
All refunds will be settled after the meeting.
Before 22 November 2024: Cancellations will be 50% refunded.
After 22 November 2024: The total amount is considered as fully due and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable.
