The Call results will be communicated to candidates within the middle of November.


Accepted poster presenters will have the opportunity to:

  • Present orally their work during the strolling poster session scheduled on Friday, January 21, 2021
  • Receive the personal feedback of the Presidents and Chairmen of the congress.
  • Have the abstract published in the Abstract Book.
  • Compete for the Awards for Best Poster Presentation that will grant to the winning presenters the following benefits:
    • Abstracts published on the Offical Workshop book of abstract:
    • Presenter’s name, profile, abstract, and poster published on the congress website
    • Presenter’s name and title of the abstract published in the post-congress newsletter distributed to more than 8.000 European Professionals in Respiratory Medicine.
    • Free registration to the 10th International Workshop on Lung Health

Authors presenting a poster during the strolling poster session should be registered participants. Posters will not be displayed from unregistered authors.

Authors presenting a poster during the poster session should be registered participants.
Accepted authors can benefit from the Early Bird registration fee by registering before November 26, 2021.
Otherwise, authors need to register by January 10, 2022, in order to confirm their poster presentation.
Posters from unregistered authors will be not be displayed during the congress.

Please find below detailed instruction for the on-site and virtual Poster Sessions:



Poster Format:

  • Suggested format for poster: A0(width 90cm x height 120cm)
  • Orientation: vertical


  • Posters can be set up on Thursday, 20thJanuary, from 13:00 (before the beginning of the scientific sessions) and dismantled Saturday, 22nd January, after 13:20.
  • Please refer to the registration desk to know your emplacement. You will also find – at the entrance of the poster area – the “posters emplacement panel” with all the posters listed in alphabetical order, under poster presenter last name. Please display your poster on the poster board corresponding to the number indicated next to your poster title on the “posters emplacement panel”.
  • The poster presenters are requested to stay beside their poster in order to illustrate it to the Committee and to reply to participants’ questions.
  • Only the poster presenters attending the session will be eligible for poster prize



Poster Format:

We would like to ask you to prepare your poster presentation in a Power Point (format 4:3) and use the conference template here attached.


On the day of the Poster Sessions, you will be required to log in to virtual Platform and  visit the Poster Presenters’ Ready Room 30 minutes before your respective session, so we can assist you before your live presentation.

Each presenter will have 5 minutes to introduce his / her E-Poster Presentation, including the questions from the Chairs. Please have your presentation ready by the time you enter the Poster Presenters’ Ready Room as you will have to share your screen with the presentation.

We would highly recommend to prepare a 3 minute video to present your work and send it to us via email to info@lung-health.org. This video will serve as a backup for the Conference. Please kindly note that this is only an optional opportunity.

To produce the video of your presentation, we recommend to follow the technical guidelines below:

  • Record your video which should be in a MP4 format.
  • If you have more than one abstract accepted, please prepare one poster presentation and one video for each scientific work.
  • The video presentation should not exceed 3 minutes for each abstract(s) submitted
  • To record the video, we suggest to use or OBS or Power Point.
  • All instructions to video record the materials are explained step by step through the following tutorial videos. Please kindly note that you do not have to upload your video to the website.
