ADMISSION
- The participant’s name badge will be provided at the registration desk.
- All participants are requested to wear the badge throughout the congress.
- Only badge holders will be admitted to the appropriate sessions, exhibition and social events.
PRESENCE CONTROL
Effective attendance is checked through badge scanning when going in and coming out of the plenary room. A minimum of 6 hours of effective attendance is required to issue the certificate of attendance.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The certificate of attendance will be downloadable from the website www.lung-health.org using the personal log-in credentials sent by e-mail, starting from 22 January 2019.
Important note: Certificate of attendance as well as other certificates would be delivered only to registered participants who attend at least 6 hours of congress sessions.
For Sponsored Groups: Please note that in order to send the certificate of attendance to each participant, we will need the personal e-mail.
CME ACCREDITATION
The 6th International Workshop on Lung Health has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 15 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
Following EBAP’s evaluation, the CME activity of the 6th International Workshop on Lung Health has been accredited by EBAP for 15 European CME credits covering the whole program.
To obtain your certificate please log in with your personal log-in credentials sent by mail on the website www.lung-health.org, and complete the questionnaire. Credits’ certificates will be available from January 22nd to February 12th, 2019. After this date they will not be available anymore.
AIFA
For Italian Sponsors or Sponsored Groups from Italy, the AIFA dossier should be submitted no later than 9 November 2018. Please contact the secretariat to know which is the Italian Agency taking care of the AIFA pre-request.
LETTER OF INVITATION
The Secretariat will be pleased to send invitation letters. A letter of invitation often facilitates the procedure of obtaining a Visa. Please note that the letter is not a commitment to provide any financial support.
INSURANCE
The Congress Organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Congress participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Registration does not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take an insurance policy of your choice as you register for the Congress and book your travel.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the Congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
SECRETARIAT
The secretariat desk will open on Thursday, January 17 starting from 12.30, and stay open throughout the Congress.
