How to reach the hotel?

Due to its central location, the hotel is only a few minutes walking distance away from the Santa Maria Novella train station, making it the ideal stay if you’re travelling by train. Flying to Florence? No problem, the hotel is 5km away from the airport, feel free to hail a taxi cab or take the T2 Tram Line located just outside the airport arrival and departure area.

Worried about long distance between the hotel and the venue?

This will not be a problem, in fact the venue, Palazzo Degli Affari, is just on the other side of Santa Maria Novella train station. take a scenic tour around the train station and you will reach it in around 5 minutes walking distance.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation or modification of hotel booking must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat, Lena Group, at info@lung-health.org
Until 20th of November 2026, you can cancel 50% of your entire booking
From 21st of November 2026, your reservation will be considered as final and no cancellation will be accepted. The total amount will be considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable. We strongly recommend subscribing a personal travel insurance.
Name change is possible for a € 48 (22% VAT excluded) fee
