Please register as early as possible in order to benefit from the Early Registration Fee.
Please note that registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received. The invoice that will be received serves as confirmation of registration.

1. Rates are without VAT established by Spanish Authorities (21%). In case of modifications of VAT rates, Lena Group reserves the right to inform the Client and readjust quotes.

3. Please, provide certification. Students and Trainees coming from Area 3 Countries can benefit from “free registration” writing to the Organising Secretariat (info@lung-health.org).
4. Please note that doctors working for pharmaceutical companies need to pay the Industry fee.

For each registration, a handling fee of 15 € + VAT will be applied to cover administrative costs, bank or credit card expenses.

Registration fee includes

• Attendance to the Main Scientific Session
• Congress kit
• Welcome Cocktail
• Lunch and Refreshments during breaks as detailed and confirmed in the Scientific Programme (any other meals, refreshment and/or activity NOT detailed in the Programme as to be considered as NOT Included)
• Entrance to the Poster Area & Exhibition

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat Lena Group (info@lung-health.org).
• Before 27 November 2023 all fees will be refunded minus 40 Euro + VAT for administrative charges. All refunds will be settled after the meeting.
