The above rates are in Euro per day and include buffet breakfast, taxes and service fees.

In case of modifications in VAT established by the German Authorities, Publi Créations reserves the right to inform the Client and readjusts quotes.

For each payment a handling fee of 10 € + VAT will be applied to cover bank or credit card expenses.

Please book your hotel accommodation as early as possible in order to secure your stay.
Hotel rooms can be reserved and booked directly through this website (on-line payment by credit card is in a secure certificate mode).
Please note that hotel rooms will be confirmed once payment has been received (amount of the entire length of stay). Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. An invoice, which serves as confirmation of your accommodation booking, will be sent to you upon receipt of the payment. In case of no-show, the deposit is not refundable and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation or modification of accommodation booking must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Publi Créations (info@lung-health.org).
Before 10 October 2017 all hotel rooms will be refunded minus 40 Euro + VAT per room for administrative charges.
Between 11 October to 13 November 2017 1 roomnight will be charged.
After 13 November no refunds will be made.
All refunds will be settled after the meeting.
