* Rates are without VAT established by the German Authorities (actually 19%). In case of modifications of VAT rates, Publi Créations reserves the right to inform the Client and readjust quotes.
**Copy of the student card with valid date or signed letter from department Chair at University should be provided upon registration to register with this fee.
For each registration a handling fee of 15 € + VAT will be applied to cover administrative costs, bank or credit card expenses.
Cancellation or changes of registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Publi Créations: info@lung-health.org
Before November 20, 2017 all fees will be refunded minus 40 Euro + VAT for administrative charges. All refunds will be settled after the meeting.
After November 21, 2017:
– no refunds will be made;
– all name changes will be invoiced € 36 + VAT.
