Congresses and workshops remain an important way of continuing medical education after the University, therefore, it’s crucial to provide young specialists with instruments to keep themselves up-to-date and informed in an unbiased way.

Prof. Aliberti and Prof. Chalmers will give a specific tutoring: few Residents / PhD students in Respiratory Medicine from different European Universities and Hospitals will be accompanied throughout the congress in a tailored training. The aim is teaching them how to identify , synthetize and apply in daily life the most important messages provided during the main lectures of the workshop. The different background of speakers and participants will help the participants to improve their ability to interact within a multicultural – multinational – multi generations environment. Participants to the future leaders’ mentoring program will be eligible for free registration and contribution by the conference to cover their travel and accommodation expenses.
