Thesecretariat desk will openÂ on Thursday, January 16th, from 12.00 (noon) and will be open as follow:
- January 16th : 12.00 â€“ 20.30 (end of the Welcome Ceremony)
- January 17th : 08.00 am â€“ 6.00 pm
- January 18th: 08.00 am â€“ 14.00 pm (end of the Workshop)
Exhibition Set up
the set up and dismantling of the exhibition area will be accessible only for sponsors which booked an exhibition booth.
- Set up time: January 16th from 08.00 am to 11.00 pm
- Dismantling time: January 18th from 14.00 pm to 16.00 pm
The participantâ€™sÂ name badgeÂ will be provided at theÂ registrationÂ desk. All participants are requested toÂ wear the badgeÂ throughout the congress. Only badge holders will be admitted to the appropriate sessions, exhibition and social events.
Effective attendance is checked through badge scanning when going in and coming out of the plenary room. A minimum of 6 hours of effective attendance is required to issue the certificate of attendance.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The certificate of attendance will be downloadable from the websiteÂ www.lung-health.org/2020 using your personal credentials sent by e-mail, starting from January 25th, 2020.
Important note: Certificate of attendance would be delivered only to registered participants who attend at least 6 hours of congress sessions.
For Sponsored Groups: Please note that in order to send the certificate of attendance to each participant, we will need the personal e-mail
An application will be submitted to EACCMEÂ® (European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education) and EBAP (European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology) for CME accreditation of this event.
The Congress Organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Congress participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Registration does not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take an insurance policy of your choice as you register for the Congress and book your travel.
LETTER OF INVITATION
The Secretariat will be pleased to send letters of invitation to any individual making such request. A letter of invitation often facilitates the procedure of obtaining a Visa. Please note that the letter is not a commitment on the part of the Conference to provide any financial support.
The official language of the Congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
